Over 1.5 million people in the US sustain a brain injury each year and over 1/3 of all injury related deaths are due to a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)  Patients who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury often have lifelong needs such as the inability to live independently, short term and long term memory loss, inability to perform the activities of daily living without assistance.

Our office will help with the following:

Identifying Health Insurance Benefits and filing appeals

Securing Governmental Benefits such as:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Home and Community Based Services
