While inspecting the roof on a commercial building, a man sustained catastrophic injuries when he became tangled in high voltage power lines. He successfully sued the owner of the property, which also owned the power lines, arguing that it had failed to maintain an adequate clearance between the power lines and the building. He also successfully sued the utility company alleging that it had been negligent in failing to elevate and de-energize the lines.
